Very easy to use; shows the best way and the best lines or RER to use. Must have for Paris visitors. Forget papers and maps!!

Love this app! It made getting around Paris so easy. Im using it now in Barcelona also and will use it in any city I travel to. Highly recommend it!

We downloaded this app when we arrived in Paris two weeks ago. Prior to yesterday, we would have given it a solid five-star rating. However, yesterday, in planning a trip to the Musee dOrsay, it recommended a simple route using RER routes B & C. When we got off the B train, we found that the C line was closed. As far as I can tell, at least this portion of the C line has been closed since the middle of July and will continue to be closed until the 28th of August. The app is great, but doesnt appear to keep current on route and station closures, of which there are many.

Perfect for navigating what looks like a complicated subway system. In fact, I found an error in the metro map provided to tourists using this app. And then I found a quicker route than the one I figured out using the tourist map. One suggestion. When it says line 5 - the app should tell you the terminus so that you know what direction to take on that line.

Should have "Aubervillers/Front Populaire" for line 12. One if these names is missing and makes that confusing. Otherwise is very convenient and easy to use!

Worst app ever. Route planning does not work.

Must have if you are travelling to Paris.

After route is created, it offers Uber alternative, with faster time. It seems helpful, BUT! It plans routes with more switches or plain longer routs than could be, so that people would decide to take uber instead. It planned Route from city centre to Versailles with 2 switches (50 min) and showed that Uber would take 30, when infact it only tales one switch and 35 minutes overall.

Thanks for this program. It could be better with searching the stations not only with the first letter.

Excellent but does not show line U and L, and does not show alternative route in case of closure or works on the line

The only reason Im not giving five stars is because there is nothing "above and beyond" about this map. Its just perfectly what it set out to be. A must have for all travelers in Paris.

I really love this app and use it all the time. Im American and using it to get along in Paris. I love the route planner. The only reason I didnt rate it 5 stars is because I wish you could put in an address and it would help you find that via the metro. Otherwise its great and I love it. I like how it offers you different routes and gives time of each.
