I understand you need to make money. But showing ads every 3 seconds will NOT make me buy your app.

This app feels clunky and I find it easier to use google maps.
I have been using this app for a few years. It is easy to use and so helpful when planning use of the Metro!
Made using the metro a breeze :)
if you don’t upgrade, the ads are obnoxious. they are frequent. they occlude the screen many times occluding the whole screen. they are hard to close, sometimes taking multiple attempts. The makers of the app are insistent on receiving payment!
Waiting for 2 or 3 ads every time you need to look up a train is not practical. We did better using Google maps because the speed was much faster on Google. I will not use this app in the future. I don’t mind occasional ads or banner ads, but this app is completely disabled until videos finish playing.
Auto charged me a week even though I canceled in time
I opened the app for the first time and after 2 seconds an add started. I hard closed the app and the same thing happened. Tried one more time just to be sure and then I deleted the app. It’s not useful to have to wait for ads that I would never watch so I will continue to use the maps app for transit info.
too many ads
This app works well enough. However, the creator would do far better if they charged 5€ for a week for tourists. I would pay that but not the 9.99€ they want for a year. I don’t need a year. I need a week. The ads are super long. You can miss a train easily because they take up the entire app and it is a very, very long wait for them to finish. Super frustrating!
Application fails to identify closed stations. Also, some employees are unaware of the closures and mistakenly route you to closed stations.
It is a total pain that every time you open up the screen a new video plays… it’s not that good of an app to have that much marketing required
Pop up adds make app unusable Only has metro not bus
Excessive ads. Unusable. I don’t mind Ads, but this is just way too much, I’m deleting this.
This app closes EVERY TIME I try to plan my route. Not worth any money.
First click is a pop-up about ads. Use Metro Paris instead.
Our 10 days in Paris were made so much better by this nearly flawless app. We had only one hiccup when trying to navigate to Versailles, but aside from that it performed so well and with easy and clear directions/instructions!
This app helped me so much when I was in Paris!
Too many Ads
This has been a game changer while we toured Paris this week! The Metro system is easy to maneuver and it added to the overall enjoyment of this incredible city. Viva l’ France!
I regret this app purchase. The developer touts up to date information. Reality tells me something else. In Paris, the RER C hasn’t stopped at St Michel Notre Dame since August. It’s now nearly December. Unfortunately, we didn’t find this out until following the app’s instructions and completing the first transfer off of the recommended Metro line to RER C. Big waste of time.
Not intuitive.
A snap ti use w plenty of options on how much info u have; metro/street address/landmark to address/metro/landmark and the app will select the most efficient metro route w options. It details the # of stops to destination (even w connections) line names/numbers/colors and presents everything in a simple user friendly format. I also found it incredibly accurate. I spent a week in Paris and hobnobbed around the city without having to look at metro maps (which can be incredibly time consuming). Only once did it take me to a stop for a connection without any connecting lines. So I went one stop further, reentered the info and tada. A must for anyone visiting Paris.
Complete garbage. There are so many ads its impossible to use. You see the app for a few seconds and then full screen ads popup and it locks the screen and is completely unusable. Doesn't take station closures into account, and even took us to a station that hasn't been built yet.
For that reason im out...
The app doesn’t allow you to see the maps 11x8 1/2. Only in 8 1/2 x 11.
Difficult/ impossible to get rid of advertisements
We have used this app several times in Paris and it is far and away the best one. It was clear and easy to use. Thank you!
Full-screen ads are not dismissible. App not useable.
The ads are beyond intrusive! While I wouldn’t mind an occasional ad for a freemium app, these ads are incredibly annoying. I’m on the metro trying to check the map so I know where to transfer but nooooo……I’m now stuck looking at some crappy interactive game ad for 30+ seconds before I can actually view the map. Utterly useless. Oh and these ads pop up every 5-10 seconds or every time you open the app.
You get 5 seconds before a pop up ad interrupts. Close the ad and you might get back to the map but it’s more likely another ad will open.
Great but too many ads
Love this application
Too many ads. Unusable
On point and worked like a charm. There was a break in service for the number 8 train near Lafayette Galleria that wasn’t reported but I could live with it. Should be even better with features unlocked. Need money to go back for testing :)
This made my trip so much more enjoyable, can’t imagine doing Paris without it. Stress free knowing all the information was at your fingertips. Gives you a step by step of whatever route you want
Advert after advert. God forbid you’re in a rush whilst using this app, it will take you 5 minutes just to close out of the adverts and the App Store redirects. Absolutely shameful.
Unable to use due to ads for games
Great app! Just have one complaint. I’m older, and I can’t see the very small font that details the train number and direction. Wish I could adjust the font size.
An app should be aware and up to date with closed stations. Left us searching and walking. Not good
Yes this App is not helpful 1 bit in helping you get from starting point to finish destination
Do not waste your money google maps does an amazing job. Search using public transit option. I used google maps in London,Paris, madrid and Barcelona flawlessly. I wish I could get my money back.
Ads a little annoying, but small price to pay for the information it provides. Very easy to navigate all over greater Paris area with it.
Easy to get mixed up
I like this app, as far as it goes, but with 2 enhancements, it could be so much better: 1) When planning a route, the app should indicate, in addition to the line to take, the name of the end of line. Simply telling me which line to take doesn’t tell me which direction I need to go; 2) the app should be able to tell me the metro stop nearest my current location.
Update: The bottom was a result of the first time I used the app. This is an update before I trash the app. My advice, just use Apple Maps. It’s free. Issues with Paris Metro: it is definitely not free, it’s basically unusable without paying. Otherwise it’s constantly taking you to Safari to read a blank page, blank because your content blocked prevented it from loading. What really irritated me is it will take you to a video ad that prevents you from doing anything until you've watched whatever it is they want you to watch, it displays intermediate stops but very poorly compared to Apple Maps. If you’re a typical tourist and don’t know when your stop is coming, forget this app. The below issues still remain. Frankly I have no clue how this app garnered thousands of positive reviews when Apple Maps is by far and away better. ********* First, for route planning, this is an excellent app. But please, for route planning nearly every transit map is excellent. One enters a start and finish and gets a number and time schedule. Ease of use is another matter. Layout is terrible. The main planning/execution screen has over 80% of its space devoted to other developer apps, Twitter, Favorites, in app purchases. If I'm stationary fine. If I’m moving, as I usually am when I’m doing Metro, hitting twitter instead of Route Planner is quite easy, a waste of time and there’s no obvious way to dismiss the twitter screen, or any of the others. While twitter and Uber are resident, some simple guidance on costs and instructions on how to purchase a ticket are not included. The app is a vehicle to drum up business for other businesses, not assist you with the Paris Metro. This app needs improvement to make it better than average.
Wish they didn’t hand out the instant I opened the app
This app has no knowledge of closed stations due to Notre Dame fire and cost me at least 45 minutes and much walking over multiple times.
I love this app and all the options it provides and it allows me to see everything up close or from a distance with many travel options to choose from all in one ........ definitely top notch and out doing there competition 😎👍🏾👍🏾 Thank You for making my life so much easier in Paris - Sincerely from the Traveler 🧳 ✈️
